OMAKASE KAISEKI Course (Chef's Choice Special Course)

調理長おまかせの献立として、季節に合わせたメニューでご用意するのは、伊勢海老・アワビ・特選黒毛和牛(松阪牛)などの極上の素材を調理長が選び抜いた旬の食材による特別献立です。新鮮な素材は、その都度日本からお取り寄せし、お支度をさせていただいております。 どうしても2日~4日ほど、準備にお時間がかかってしまいますので3日前までに、ご予約、お問い合わせをいただきたく存じます。

季節の会席コースに富士山の溶岩プレートを利用した石焼を加えたコースです。

This course contains the seasonal Kaiseki course served with “ISHIYAKI” grilled by the hot lava stone of Mt. Fuji.

NABE KAISEKI Course (NABE Hot-Pot Main Course)

「ふぐ鍋」「まる鍋(スッポン)」「あんこう鍋」「ハモ鍋」「蟹鍋」「カキ鍋」「鴨鍋」「石狩鍋」「寄せ鍋」など、旬の食材を使用した、こだわりの鍋がメインの会席料理です。ご予算にて、ご宴会料理としてもご利用頂けます。(お食事にはうどん、雑炊又はお餅などをご用意致します。)

This course contains many kinds of seasonal ingredients which are cooked with Japanese Hot-Pot such as "Puffer Globefish", "Soft-shell Turtle", "Angler hotpot","Conger pike hot-pot", "Crab hot-pot", "Oyster hot-pot", "Wild duck hot-pot","Salmon hot-pot", "Mixed-hot pot (chicken, seafood,vegetables etc.)" etc.

This course can be provided according to your budget and we can prepare a dinner party for you also. Moreover, After the main dish you can choose between Udon and Porridge rice.

各種ご宴会・パーティーに、人数、ご予算、ご要望に合わせてご用意いたします。 一品ずつ順番にサービスをする会席コースとは違い、宴会やパーティー用の料理として、大皿に盛り込んだオードブルやお刺身の盛り込み、4〜5人用の鍋料理など、宴席を盛り上げる演出をいたします。お気軽にご相談下さい。※その他、ご要望により、仕出し、出張パーティーも承ります。

This is the course which can be prepared according to your need, the number of people and budget for your party plan. Many kinds of food will be served like a party style in a large dish and Japanese Hot-Pot for 4-5 people. You can enjoy the party and if there is any question please feel free to ask our staff. *TEN-SUI has a catering service and can provide you a party according to your need.

Special Arrangement : Our goal at TEN-SUI is to combine excellent gourmet cuisine with courteous, professional service.
